Made a Chrome extension that stops me from sending dumb messages

A developer built a Chrome extension called Cooldown that introduces a 10-second delay before sending messages on Twitter and Reddit. The delay only activates for long messages, all-caps text, messages containing user-defined trigger words (e.g., "really", "hate", "quit"), or messages sent between 10pm and 5am. The extension is fully local, has no backend, and is about 30KB in size.
