Amazon, Facebook, FBI have access to a private intelligence-sharing network

A leaked document reveals that Amazon, Facebook, and the FBI participate in a private intelligence-sharing network called "Shield" based in Seattle, which allows member organizations to exchange surveillance data and threat assessments outside of public oversight.
