Delivery Hero reveals Uber takeover bid at €10B valuation

Delivery Hero disclosed that Uber Technologies made a preliminary takeover approach valuing the German food-delivery company at around €10 billion. The bid, which was ultimately rejected, would have combined two major players in the global food delivery market.
