Iran president ends Internet blackout, orders access to be restored

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has ended an internet blackout imposed during protests, ordering authorities to restore unrestricted access to the internet and digital platforms. The move reverses restrictions that had limited services like Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms since the 2022 protests following the death of Mahsa Amini.
