New way of making espresso with ultrasound

Researchers at UNSW Sydney have developed a new method for making espresso using ultrasound, which can extract more flavour from coffee grounds while reducing brewing time and energy use. The technique could improve espresso quality and consistency without requiring expensive equipment modifications.
