"Sixteenth of a year", a 1.8 KiB art piece

For the sixteenth issue of the online magazine *Taper*, the author created a 1.8 KiB art piece that divides time—including years, days, hours, minutes, and seconds—into sixteenths as a different way to reflect on the passage of time. The code, kept under 2048 bytes, performs date math and uses a Go server for minification.
