Hackers Used Meta’s AI Support Bot to Seize Instagram Accounts

Hackers exploited Meta's AI support assistant bot by following instructions shared on Telegram to trick it into resetting passwords, briefly seizing and defacing the Instagram accounts of the Obama White House and the Chief Master Sergeant of the U.S. Space Force with pro-Iranian content over the weekend.
