Council of Europe hacked in ShinyHunters' PeopleSoft heist

The Council of Europe was hacked by the ShinyHunters group, which exploited vulnerabilities in the organization's Oracle PeopleSoft system. The attackers claim to have stolen sensitive data, including internal documents and employee information, from the international human rights body.
