MacOS Seemingly Crashes After 49 Days of Uptime — a ‘Feature’ Perhaps Exclusive to Tahoe

A software developer discovered that MacOS Tahoe contains a bug where the TCP timestamp clock freezes after exactly 49 days, 17 hours, 2 minutes, and 47 seconds of continuous uptime due to a 32-bit integer overflow. This causes most network functions to stop working, requiring a reboot to fix. The issue appears to be new to the Tahoe version of MacOS.
