IG Follow – Export Instagram Followers and Following to CSV and Excel

IG Follow is a browser extension (Chrome/Edge/Opera) that lets users export their Instagram followers and following lists to CSV or Excel files. This is useful for social media managers, marketers, content creators, or anyone tracking audience growth, unfollows, or account changes — actions Instagram itself does not natively support with easy export tools.
