国際自慰月間（International Masturbation Month）は、毎年5月に開催される啓発キャンペーンで、自慰のタブーを打破し、その健康上の利点を認識することを目的としている。1994年に米国のセックスライター、ドロシー・クレア（Dorothy Claire）が、当時の外科医総監ジョイセリン・エルダーズ（Joycelyn Elders）が自慰に関する発言で解任されたことを受けて始めたもので、現在では世界中で認知されている。
