現在、誰もがデジタル自律性（主権）について語りたがっているが、議論は堂々巡りになっている。市民社会やシンクタンクは貢献したいと考え、その立場にあるが、筆者は立法や欧州的価値観の議論を超え、より長期的な視点でデジタル主権への道筋を進むよう促す。デジタル主権への道のりは非常に長く、現在議論されている以上に広範な課題への取り組みが必要である。
