Relationships make us happy – and healthy
Harvard researchers have found that strong social connections are key to both happiness and physical health. A long-term study shows that people with close relationships are not only more satisfied with their lives but also experience better health outcomes, including lower rates of chronic disease and longer lifespans. The quality of relationships matters more than quantity.
