One Medicalの旧会員アカウントが「2026年9月に期限切れとなる有効期限切れメンバーシップ」という矛盾した状態に陥り、更新も新規登録も不可能になった。サポートに連絡しても保留中に切断されるか、同じ指示を繰り返されるだけで全く解決せず、AmazonサポートとOne Medicalサポートの間でたらい回しにされている。処方薬の更新が迫る中、別の医療機関を急遽探さざるを得なくなった。
