LLM（大規模言語モデル）に対する批判——創造性の欠如、環境負荷、精度の問題など——は、多くの点で正当である。しかし本稿は、それらの批判を認めた上で、それでもなおLLMを日常的に活用する理由と、批判と実用の間にある現実的なバランスについて考察する。技術の限界を理解しつつ、それを適切な補助ツールとして使う姿勢の重要性を強調する。
